Daniel Straffi, Jr. brings over two decades of dedicated legal experience in Bankruptcy and Divorce law to families, individuals, and businesses throughout Ocean County, Monmouth County, and Central and Southern New Jersey. As a native New Jersey attorney, a father-and-son law team member, and a recognized leader in local bankruptcy law, Mr. Straffi provides expert legal counsel with a deeply compassionate, down-to-earth personal touch.

Daniel began his legal career in 2001 by serving as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lee Forrester, P.J.F.P., the Presiding Judge of Family Law in Mercer County. This experience behind the bench provided him with invaluable, firsthand insight into how judges view family law disputes and matrimonial settlements.
Following his clerkship, he spent two years as an associate attorney at Cooper Levenson, concentrating on negligence and civil defense.
In 2004, he joined forces with his father, Daniel Straffi, Sr., blending their unique legal backgrounds to build a powerhouse boutique law practice dedicated exclusively to bankruptcy and family law in Ocean County.
To help clients understand their rights, Mr. Straffi frequently represents individuals before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, handling local filings through the Trenton Vicinage at the Clarkson S. Fisher U.S. Courthouse.
